Bridgit Martin

Bridgit Martin, a member of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and Menominee/Oneida descendant has over 30 years of experience working in higher education. As the managing partner for Native American Consulting she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the organization. Ms. Martin has over 25 years of training within Indian Country for J. Dalton Institute and Native American Consulting.

Crystal Porras

Crystal Porras, a descendant of the Tortugas Pueblo of New Mexico has over 25 years of courtroom experience working as a judicial assistant and courtroom manager and currently serves as a Tribal Court Administrator. Crystal’s main focus is on training tribal court clerks from counter to court room to enhance tribal sovereignty and strengthen court services for Indian Country. Mrs. Porras is currently serving as Chairwoman for the California Tribal Court Association and is the 2023 NAICJA Court Support Excellence Award recipient.

Lance Kelley

Lance Kelley, from the Creek and Shoshoni-Paiute Nation, has over 30 years of teaching experience in both secondary and higher educational settings.

Stephine Poston

Stephanie Poston, a member of the Sandia Pueblo of New Mexico has over 20 years’ of experience and a proven track record of working with tribes across Indian Country. Steph is also a co-founder of Native Women Lead. Native Women Lead’s mission is to revolutionize systems, inspire innovation, and build coalitions by investing in Native women in business.
